Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Controlling Assistantfor a permanent position based in Wallon Brabant.

Our client is a fast growing company active in the FMCG sector.

Reporting

As Controlling Assistantyou will be responsible for:
  • Active participation in the control and analysis of the BU’s accounting data. Alert, anticipate, detect problems in the income statement. Set up resolution solutions (IT/Finance/Operational);
  • Applies the rules and methods of cost and management accounting;
  • Performs Closing Operations and Top-Downs in SAP;
  • In charge of drawing up monthly dashboards for the BU;
  • Analyze and comments on the turnover by customer and its evolution;
  • Follow-up:
    • Promotional investments with the sales and marketing teams;
    • Operating costs with department heads;
    • Donations and samples.
Forecast
  • Active participation in the elaboration of the BU Forecasts: JP, LE, and Budget. Extraction, feeding and formatting of the data necessary for the construction of the Forecasts;
  • Feedback of information into the group and zone tools.
Other
  • Takes part in the realization of various studies of profitability of projects;
  • Support on the development of methods, processes and tools for BU controlling (off-bill management in SAP, SMT implementation, etc.);
  • Represents the BU’s Finance department in various projects impacting the BU.
The Required Profile For The Controlling Assistant Position
  • Graduate with a Bachelor in Accounting or Master in Finance;
  • A first experience in a company in the financial field (management control, accounting);
  • Fluent in English;
  • Good understanding of Microsoft software and especially very thorough;
  • knowledge of MS Excel and SAP.
