An opportunity has arisen to join Eurostar as its Corporate Sales Manager.
The Commercial department is responsible for managing sales, operational marketing, pricing and yield, digital activities, as well as customer communication, call centres and optimisation of the "offer/revenue" mix.
The Corporate Sales Manager will manage a portfolio of Corporates and review the new business pipeline in order to ensure a balanced portfolio and maximise revenue & profitability.
The position can be based in Brussels or Amsterdam.

This role is a Grade D, Travel Level 2, and can be based in Brussels or Amsterdam.
Requirements
We are looking for someone to...
- Manage a portfolio of diverse corporate across our core markets within the corporate framework model.
- Be responsible for a portfolio of Corporate’s to maintain and/ or improve revenue.
- Ensure the operational management of incentive actions in collaboration with distributors in order to contribute to the achievement of the organization’s objectives where applicable.
- Maintain and build on our third-party relationships with Travel Management Companies where relevant to the Portfolio of Corporates being managed, work in conjunction with the Agencies Team to ensure strategic account development.
- Optimize first class revenue and ticket mix through focused commercial plan within a defined portfolio of managed Corporate Companies.
- Drive new business opportunities within the portfolio of managed Travel Management Companies in conjunction with the Agencies team.
- Optimize trade-offs beneficial for Eurostar to ensure revenue growth and business development.
- Act as the business expert to consolidate two key areas of development: mature market for the managed corporate Corporates and new opportunities for unmanaged corporates.
- Develop market knowledge about the unmanaged market within your portfolio.
- Build strong day to day operational relationships with a defined portfolio of Travel Management Companies (including Supplier Managers, Account Managers, group/ Event organisers, etc) and other key business influencers outside the portfolio to support growth and management of the Corporate portfolio in conjunction with the Agencies team.
- Be active in all business organizations to ensure Eurostar’s visibility, market insights, and convert new prospects into Corporates.
- Be responsible for building a new business plan with prospects and new Corporates to target within a year. Ensure that business activity (planning) within your portfolio is providing high ROI and driving new business opportunities.
You’ll need ...
- Experience in Distribution, commerce and marketing, travel trade, corporate travel management
- Fluent in English & Dutch
- French & German language would be desirable
- Medium level of Back Office Tools eg Microsoft
- To be clear planner and task orientated
- Good Commercial and analytical capability
- The ability to demonstrate tangible results and delivery
- Industry awareness in the applicable segments and markets with strong account management skills
- Strong knowledge within the travel industry (hospitality, airline, car rental, TMC, leisure, OTA as applicable)
- Strong relationship builder – comfortable to speak/ present to an audience
