Your exciting field of work

Following the successful expansion in the DACH region, we are seeking motivated and experienced leaders to drive our expansion and growth strategy in the BeNeLux region.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership and Expansion: Develop and implement business strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue in the BeNeLux region. Set yourself the task of building up a solid hotel portfolio in the respective locations and acquiring airline/handlings agents as customers.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing local team.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and maintain existing customer relationships whether the ground staff but also management.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends and opportunities in the region and get to grips with the competitor product.
  • Budget Management: Achieve financial goals.

What we are looking for

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar leadership position, preferably in the tourism industry, such as Airline Station Manager or Management position with customer relations in a Hotel

Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and motivating teams.

Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the BeNeLux markets and their specific characteristics.

Network: Existing network in the tech industry and the ability to expand it further.

Languages: Fluent in English and at least one of the regional languages (Dutch or French).
