The Job...

  • Being operationally, strategically and commercialy responsible for our advertising & marketing business
  • Ensuring commercial success for both client and agency while building long-term client relationships
  • Developing ideas briefs, account & marketing knowledge
  • Playing a key role in structuring and presenting at pitch presentations
  • Developing an understanding of why creative work has been developed and its relevance to a client’s strategy

You...

  • Have a perfect understanding of the advertising and creative agencies business as well as the market needs
  • Are a ble to connect creativity with business
  • Are Strategic thinker with on-the-job experience
  • Have Excellent people and management skills
  • Have Experience in managing (international) accounts/clients, financial follow-up and managing a budget towards client success.
  • Possess the Language’s skills: NL + FR + EN
  • Have Experience on agency and client side
  • Can identifying the ROI of campaigns
  • Know data/growth marketing
