We are looking for an internwith strong appeal in fashion, youth culture with greatproject managementskillsto join our Creative Studio based in Brussels working both for North and South Europe.

In this position, you will support the creative studio in creating and producing content & assets for the whole Europe. Content that will be used across all our channels and our wholesale partners channels (digital, social, PR, instore…). We are looking for enthusiastic & dedicated candidates that are organised and proactive and have a deep understanding of the youth and street culture. The job is a good mix between operational and creative skills.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Assist all seasonal photoshoots for North and South cluster for regional digital seasonal assets to be used across all Owned Levis channels and media channels such as digital, social, innovation platform, PR , loyalty and instore.

• Assist in the process of product photography at our studio partner Packshot in Amsterdam for eCommerce and B.com laydown shoots and on model shoots

• Support the preproduction of all shoots (creative feedback to agencies, look creation, samples management, shipment, support doc...) in close relationship with agencies and merch partners

• Support the organisation of all our samples in our stockroom (apparel, accessories, footwear & licensee’s products) by season and ensure a smooth tracking of those when being shipped to various locations

• Support the postproduction (selection of assets, creative feedback, retouching of assets, uploading and organising all produced content on our internal platform DAM…)

• Support in the development of seasonal toolkits to support the launch of each story consistently, in close relationship with internal graphic designers

• Support the traffic and production manager in managing studio team projects and overall asset management

Creative studio, merch team, marketing teams, agencies, works across North and South clusters.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A creative individual, with an eye for detail and strong project management skills
• Aware of the latest trends (in fashion, music, social media, new technologies…)
• Demonstrated interest in the fashion/apparel and music industries but also in digital, ability to “read” trends and the youth/street scene and culture. Understanding and connection to the young consumers is a must.
• Experience in copywriting is a plus
• Highly organised and process driven
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic, excels in challenging environments
• Educated to degree level or experience gained from a similar role and environment. Industry experience is preferred but not compulsory
• Actively keeps up to date, researching and reporting on new trends and industry best practice.
• Excellent command of MS Office-package
• Graphic design skills (photoshop, in-design) are a nice to have.
• Team player, flexible, able to multi-task and switch gears easily
• Strong analytical, influencing & social skills.
• Being solution driven is a must.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Additional European language is an advantage.

Start date: February 2022 for 12 months.
