Customer Account & Change Co-ordinator

About the team

As a Customer Account & Change Coordinator you will develop close and confident relationships with customer to satisfy their needs. You will manage a proactive communication and relation with the customer. You will co-ordinate and implement successful change into our live production environment. You will manage customer expectations and the technicalities & capabilities when it comes to change and Thales services.

You will also Insure Customer Satisfaction and Service Excellence in terms of order treatment & follow-up from a Customer point of view.

About your future job

You will take total ownership of Customers’ Accounts, from order entry to invoicing & upselling Services. A key part of this role will be the implementation of change within the live production environment and planning with the relevant support teams to ensure it’s successful. Liaising with Production & the New Product Implementation team to ensure Customers are clear on the capabilities of our products & services. Being clear on the technical impacts within the change scope is essential, while working with peers within the Customer Support roles to ensure that they receive the latest information in manufacturing/Production techniques.

Other tasks include:

• Being responsible for the internal coordination and follow-up of customer requests/claims
• Undertaking effective root cause analysis whilst following best practice and quality management processes.
• Attending customer meetings and assist customers when reviewing the service provided by Thales.
• Responsibility for accurate record management

Why you’d be a good match

• You have 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related role
• Proficient in ERP, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Change Management systems
• Have basic knowledge of contract management, export, sales knowledge and logistics
• Knowledge of smartcards is beneficial.
• You are fluent in English.
• You are customer-oriented, organized, autonomous, team player, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, and work well under pressure
