Within the Customer Care Team there is a huge drive to help our customers and partners in the best possible way. As Customer Care Manager you are driven by quality so you find it fun and valuable to give feedback to colleagues in practice and to train individually and/or in teams. Because you like to lead by example you also perform customer care activities yourself.
You are responsible for all commercial relationships with existing customers of Care4Fleets & Drivex:
- Execute established process flows regarding operational fleet services;
- If necessary you discuss and implement adjustments, in consultation with the client, team managers and head of operations;
- For new customers you are responsible for the start-up and good cooperation, through periodic meetings;
- For existing customers you monitor the good cooperation and roll out new agreements;
- Keeping process flows up to date, in consultation with the head of operations;
- Preparation of reportings;
- Passing on leads or requests for new services to our commercial director.
You are also responsible for the daily operations of our Customer Care Team:
- Follow up and adjust all front office employees: customer care agents, team managers & receptionists;
- You make schedules for the team and take care of onboarding when new colleagues start;
- Adjust and reallocate volume work within teams. Stress and pressure you must replenish and anticipate in a timely manner;
- Keeping our online tool up to date;
- Schedule a weekly meeting with the team to discuss daily operations;
- Schedule weekly meetings with head of operations to ensure smoothness within both teams;
And finally, you will provide the necessary support to our sales department:
- Be present at meetings with prospects regarding possible cooperation;
- Input in drafting offers;
- Organization of digital and paper filing of incoming orders;
- Follow up and possibly respond to individual customer requests;
- Responding to trends.
Personality and requirements:
- Empathetic yet incisive;
- Experience in leading a + 20-person team;
- You are the person who can, dare and must say something about our services from the customer’s point of view;
- You are driven and want to do better tomorrow than today;
- You are stress resistant and take action when and where necessary;
- You are trilingual (NL,FR & ENG): orally and in written communication;
- You enjoy working in a warm but high-performance business environment;
- Experience in fleet management and/or customer service is a plus but not a requirement.
