For a client of ours, operating in the food sector we are looking for a multilingual Customer Care Officer to join the team based in Lummen. Your duties will include:
  • Processing orders within the deadlines
  • Communicating with customers regarding current orders, as well as registering incoming orders
  • Check availability of ordered products and ensure timely delivery
  • Ensuring that commercial price agreements on invoices are correct
  • Proactively informing customers about changes or shortages
  • Advise customers on alternatives when products are out of stock
  • Check orders daily and invoice the correct quantities
  • Maintain features per customer and communicate with stakeholders
  • Handle incoming complaints and keep customers informed of the resolution

Have you got what it takes?
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Very good knowledge of Dutch, English and French
  • Experience in a Customer Service function
  • Good knowledge of Excel and SAP
  • Affinity with and knowledge of the sales-order-delivery-invoice process
