This position reports into Head of Pharma Belgium and is based in Antwerp.

What will you do
The Customer Development Manager OtX is eager to contribute to our vision and bring established Rx marketing expertise to our team and will be responsible for delivering our OtX Business targets & grow the OtX market share of our portfolio
Key responsibilities will be:
1. Growing E2E Otx business: shaping and developing the Go to Market & Commercial Strategy & Plan towards HCP’s (GP’s, Tabacologists, Specialists, Hospitals) in strong cross-functional collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders
2.Driving Sales Force Effectiveness & Brilliant End to End execution of our plans via our GP field Force
Lead our external GP team, coordinate, and close follow up of the day-to-day activities of the GP team &support field force to ensure brilliant end to end execution of our plans in compliance with business plan objectives and company policies.
- Inspire and train the sales force on our products and on supporting related messages
- Manage external 3rd party suppliers for detailing and distribution of samples towards doctors
- Perform duo visits to the doctors with representatives to capture insights and to feel the effect of the strategies and the marketing materials
- Organize and animate cycle meetings and feedback meetings to ensure the campaign roll-out and the sales performance monitoring
- Drive Capabilities of the medical representatives through Medico-Marketing trainings and roleplay session
Shape and develop a market leading agenda towards our HCP’s (GP’s, Tabacologists, Specialists to grow our market share in Otx
- Shape and execute a go to market strategy & plan for our Selfcare portfolio towards HCP’s in Benelux.
- Acquire expertise into Selfcare Therapeutic Area scientific knowledge, market dynamics, competitive knowledge and customer segmentation
- Translate HCP insights into a channel strategy for different HCP segments
- Closely collaborate with CE/EMEA (international) Professional Functional Network
- Initiate patient/customer centered solutions together with Professional Activation Team
- Understand the Rx/Otx market dynamics as well as patient and prescriber attitudes
- Support Marketing in the development of Rx/Otx promotional omnichannel strategy & campaigns
- Review and evaluate market research/trends and competitor information and test market activities and create reports utilizing the data
- Support and comply with the organizations’ duty of care obligations, in pharmacovigilance, regulatory, quality and medical information
Develop and drive a strong program leveraging KOL as influencers:
- Play a proactive role in developing and managing relationships with Professional organizations/ KOLs like Domus Medica & SSMG
- Understand the Patient journey, identify key influencers and deliver Insights to build an omnichannel key influencer program
- Build Influencer capabilities
What we are looking for

- Master’s degree or equivalent
- Min 5-10 years’ experience in field sales management, customer development or marketing in Innovative Rx Pharma with a strong track record of results
- Experience in Rx/Otx is a plus
- Strong experience in stakeholder mapping, influencer marketing and omnichannel is a plus
- Fluency in Dutch, French & English.
- Strategic & conceptual thinking
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Flexible, entrepreneurial & proactive approach
- Structured, well-organized way of working with attention to detail
