Do you like to be in touch with health care professionals, sales representatives in Medical Devices and try to solve their problems as good as possible, then you should apply for this opportunity!
At this start-up company, you’ll be part of a enthusiastic team with an informal work sphere and open communication which can only simulate you to achieve better results.
You’ll be in touch with different types of patients which can only improve your interpersonal skills.

Main responsibilities:
First point of contact for all incoming calls, e-mails and other correspondence
Follow-up and transfer all incoming e-mail correspondence within TSC DE mail boxes
Initiate the process for sending goods to the Sales Rep. for demonstrations purposes
Providing the customer with the necessary and needed information regarding the products and the order handling
Managing the pricing agreements within ERP/CRM and sending the Sales Manager (s) an overview of the ending pricing agreements on a yearly basis

Requirements:
2+ years of customer service experience
Native or fluent Dutch and fluent French
Customer and quality minded but also a team player
Microsoft Office
Stress resistant and quality minded
