Do you also like a healthy dose of variety? Then you are in the right place! In this job, you will be busy speaking to customers, helping them and advising them. An overview.

Orders, orders, orders, that’s what it’s all about. You process incoming orders and enter them into the system. You also speak to customers about current orders and advise them about alternative products if they are not in stock. A good product knowledge, for which you get plenty of time, is therefore necessary.

Special requests are also part of the job. Here, you consult different departments and always come up with the best solution.

In short: a great job in which you alternate English and Italian. You are in contact with different people, departments and challenges.

Jouw aanbod
  • Bachelor degree required
  • Experienced in working at a customer service department
  • Great knowledge of SAP and Excel environment
  • Affinity with sales-order-delivery-invoice processes
  • Languages: English and Italian (la lingua dell’amore)
