Our client is the world leader in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of thermal imaging infrared cameras. To strengthen their team, they are looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting customers with excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Answering questions and providing support to customers via phone and email.
  • Understanding and adhering to various procedures and export compliance regulations.
  • Contributing to customer satisfaction by providing quick and effective service.
  • Collaborating with other departments to efficiently resolve customer issues.
  • Documenting customer interactions and following up on outstanding issues.
