We are looking for a CSR with experience in Export / International order handling for a one year assignment in our CSR Water Solutions team.

The purpose of this position is to receive and process all types of customer orders in line with sales policies and in compliance with multiple business procedures and decision points to ensure customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will perform data-entry activities in Oxiaon as per instructions described in the business procedures and as per instructions from the Water Solutions Decision Centers. The CSR will also act to flag and follow up on (master) data issues and perform control checks needed to ensure an accurate processing.
  • Performs order entry activities in Oxiaon in line with business and sales policies and in compliance with Customer Service procedures
  • Processes all order types including export orders
  • Follows desk procedures and policies in compliance with SOX and internal controls as well as in compliance with quality requirements
  • Actively monitors open order report to ensure data accuracy in Oxiaon and that deliveries arrive at the customer on time and as committed.
  • Executes quality control checks and takes subsequent corrective actions as per business guidelines
  • Supports the implementation of e-commerce
  • Independently performs the daily activities

  • Internal stakeholders
    • Ongoing dialogue with the CS Team Leader and other CSR team members
    • Ongoing dialogue with the Sales Support Team, Sales Team, Supply Chain and Decision Center
    • Ongoing dialogue with export control and customer care and enablement specialist teams
  • External stakeholders
    • Ongoing dialogue with warehouses and carriers and freight forwarders
    • Ongoing dialogue with external customers
Qualifications

Knowledge & experience
  • Administrative and customer service knowledge & skills
  • Previous working experience with SAP or any other ERP system
  • Previous working experience with SFDC will be a plus
  • Fluency in English and German are required
  • French or Italian will be a plus
