About the Role
As Customer Service Specialist EMEA, you will report to the Customer Service Manager. You are responsible for the follow up of shipments ordered by our customers. You will strive to optimize and improve the timelines and quality of the delivery of goods and provide all documentation required.
We are a team with a positive attitude and an open mind, consisting of 11 friendly colleagues, from various international backgrounds. Are you willing to learn, grow and join?
What you’ll do
· You are the 1st contact for our customers
· You oversee the preparation, follow-up of the delivery flow of the orders with agreed partners and you coordinate that correct shipping documents are issued to the customer.
· You keep the Customer informed about the status of pending orders, shipments, and delivery details.
· You manage all contacts in a timely and professional manner
· Identifying and solving issues is part of your job, together with your colleagues and other departments
· You’ll be pro-actively engaged in improvement processes
What You’ll Need
· A customer oriented approach
· Accuracy and precision
· A passion for administrative work
· A first experience in a role focusing on Customer Service, shipping & documentation, logistics and/ or customs
· Deadlines and flexibility don’t scare you
· Are you pro-active and do you like to take initiative?
· Good MS Office skills and experience with SAP is an asset
· You speak & write fluently in French, Dutch and English, any other language is a plus
