Job Description

  • Serve as primary customer partner to boost solution adoption
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their goals and challenges
  • Proactively address customer issues and provide timely solutions
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients, ensuring understanding of software features
  • Communicate customer feedback and market trends to internal teams for product improvements
  • Monitor customer usage patterns to identify feature enhancement opportunities
  • Conduct training sessions, create/update educational materials, and host webinars for effective product utilisation
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with the sales team

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of successful experience in project delivery, management, and service excellence.
  • Passion for exceeding customer expectations and problem-solving with product-based solutions.
  • Strong multitasking abilities for agile project management.
  • Exceptional team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Thrives in a high-paced delivery context.
  • Fluent in French and English; Dutch proficiency is a strong plus.
