Administrative Officer with analytical skills

OVERVIEW:

You ensure the timely and accurate maintenance of data fields concerning customers, pricing and parts in Oracle. You will prepare various operational as well as sales & margin reports and the monthly/quarterly declarations to customers and government instances

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: 3 year experience in financial administration

Education: Bachelor degree (finance) or equivalent by experience

Skills:

  • Data entry skills for mainframe or pc applications
  • Analytical, highly accurate and discrete,
  • PC skills concerning database software products and spreadsheets

Language skills: Fluent in Dutch and English, German and/or French is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assure timely and accurate creation and maintenance of customer and item data in Oracle EBS. This includes coordination with other departments to get accurate and meaningful data. It also includes backup for pricing, programming of annual contracts and promotions
  • Prepare a wide range of reports for further analysis by the management accountants or other departments
  • Ensure accuracyof data and reports. Work closely together with various departments and ICT both in Belgium as Corporate. Ensure consistency between various reports.
  • Familiarize with US Export laws and Anti-Boycott compliance and follow up on Trade Licenses in the application tools.
