About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Demand and Inventory Planner to join our growing team in Belgium. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our delicious products are always available to customers-balancing demand forecasts with smart inventory strategies.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Logistics to deliver accurate forecasts, optimize stock levels, and support our mission to deliver quality and freshness every time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales data, seasonal trends, and promotional plans.
  • Monitor inventory levels across production and distribution sites to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with production planning and procurement to align supply with demand.
  • Lead monthly S&OP meetings to align stakeholders on forecast accuracy and inventory targets.
  • Support new product introductions and phase-outs with tailored inventory strategies.
  • Analyze KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory turnover to drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning or inventory management, ideally in the food & beverage or FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of shelf-life management and cold chain logistics is a plus.
