The Position

Are you passionate about culinary innovation and working with world-class ingredients? You will be a key member of our dedicated kitchen team, supporting the Chef de Partie to ensure the flawless running of a station within our busy kitchen. A perfectionist who is passionate about all things food, you will motivate those around you to deliver our menu to the exceptional standards our guests expect, and to budget.

As well an understanding of trends and techniques from international cuisines, you will be capable of self-direction in a high-pressured hotel kitchen – bringing comparable experience in a fine dining environment.
