We are actively looking for a Deployment Manager (m/f/x) to lead and/or participate to the deployment and retirement of customer tenant software systems in the cloud or at customer premises.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Leading, planning, understanding customer context, installing, coordinating, and verifying installations.
  • Authoring the relevant plans, reports, and required deliverables as defined by the company software development lifecycle.
  • Defining job competencies by studying state-of-the-art tools, coding techniques and frameworks, organizing educational opportunities, spreading relevant professional publications, and leveraging personal networks, developing in professional organizations.
  • Conducting analysis, recommending changes in software specifications, tooling, policies, and procedures, providing information by collecting and reporting on activity data.

Competencies and qualifications:

  • Proven working experience in IT development, preferably in the medical sector;
  • Solid technical knowledge and experience of the used development and database frameworks and technologies;
  • Excellent written and verbal, client-facing and internal communication skills;
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills;
  • Ability to communicate with medical staff to understand business requirements;
  • Ability to communicate with technical staff to understand the technical constraints;
  • Ability to make realistic predictions about project workload and timelines;
  • Ability to learn a complex business model and process;
  • Ability to communicate in Dutch (at least read & spoken), French (at least read & spoken) and English (spoken and written);
