THE SCOPE

With 30 years of history, today Gaming1 is one of the international leaders in both land-based and online games of chance (casino games, sports betting and poker). As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a design traffic coordinator to join its marketing design team.

As a Design Traffic Coordinator, you ensure that work coming in from the different Gaming 1 departments is properly distributed within the Design team, from request to delivery, understanding and collating all tasks and making sure there is a smooth production of deliverables. You work with the different business teams to collaborate on Marketing design plans, tracking and disseminating information related to all project developments in every stage.

YOUR ROLE
  • Workload management. Preparation of weekly sprints.
  • Distribution of assignments to the Creative Team, depending on availability and priorities.
  • Creation of detailed schedules and deadline setting for various projects, overseeing resources and deliverables.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, share progress updates on existing projects.
  • Provide timely communication between relevant departments.
  • Hold regular production meetings.
  • Assist with spreadsheet, monthly reports diagrams and process maps creation to document workloads and needs.
  • Support the Design Manager and Team Leader with administrative needs, ordering of supplies, etc.
  • Be the contact person to explain creative procedures and planning tool.

YOUR PROFILE
  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication, Marketing or public relations and a first experience in a similar position working directly with Creative teams.
  • You have ideally experience in project coordination and have a strong sense of priorities.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of French and a very good level of English. Any other language is a plus.
  • Your team spirit allows you to work with all types of people.
