For one of our clients in the financial sector, we are looking for a Dev Engineer to implement Service Now processes and scripting interfaces.
Mission
  • Implementation of processes in Service Now.
  • Design and creation of feeding interfaces to integrate the company data to Service Now.
  • Setup API integration between Service Now and the Cusomer’s local resources.
  • Analysis and creation of automated exports from Service Now to feed internal customers’ needs.
  • Analysis and configuration of Email interfaces (inbound/outbound) in Service Now.
  • Workflow design in Service Now.


Requirements


Technical Skills in order of priority from top to bottom :
  • 3 years of Service Now experience.
  • JavaScript.
  • SQL Server.
  • Oracle DB.
  • API Rest/Soap.

Soft Skills :
  • Team spirit
  • Autonomy
  • Pro-active
  • Capabilities of working in a complex and big structure
  • Capabilities of working with external stakeholders
  • Not afraid of highlighting issues and impediments
  • Challenges oriented
  • English is required.
  • French is a plus
  • Dutch is a plus.
