We are hiring a DevSecOps for our client based in Charleroi.

What you will do

  • Integrate security at every stage of the software lifecycle (SDLC), from design to production.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated security checks (SAST, DAST, vulnerability scanning).
  • Perform code reviews, audits, and penetration testing on applications, containers, cloud, and networks.
  • Define and enforce security policies, secure coding guidelines, and compliance standards (GDPR, ISO 27001).
  • Train and support development and operations teams on secure practices and remediation of vulnerabilities.
  • Keep track of emerging threats and propose innovative ways to strengthen system resilience.
  • Document vulnerabilities, risks, and remediation plans in clear technical and non-technical reports.

What you bring

  • 3–5+ years of experience in DevOps, application security, or DevSecOps.
  • Strong programming/scripting skills (.NET, Node.js, Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD tooling (Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with application security standards (OWASP Top 10, SAST/DAST, vulnerability management).
  • Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with security testing tools (Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Nmap, Nessus, Metasploit).
  • Strong communication skills to explain security findings to technical and non-technical teams.
  • Fluency in French and good working knowledge of English.
  • Security certifications (OSCP, CEH, CISSP, DevSecOps Foundation) are a plus.
