As a technology enabled innovator, PwC runs an internal ‘Digital Accelerators’ program that takes groups of employees out of their day jobs and puts them through a two-year immersive training program that teaches them skills in technology such as automation, machine learning, design thinking, and digital storytelling.

The program is growing rapidly and we are looking to coordinate our Digital Accelerators and ensure they grow to their full potential.

What will you do

• As a Coordinator you will act as the Go-To person for all topics related to the program.

• Act as the coach and mentor of the Digital Accelerators

• Take part in the selection and nomination process of our future Digital Accelerators

• Control the output of time spent, and report out to management

• Define KPI’s & Objectives in line with Directors/Partners expectations.

• Facilitate X-LoS idea sharing/generation (DA Community).

• Expand the DA community by linking up with other EU Territories

• Enable successes by supporting Digital Accelerators to overcome challenges and difficulties within the business unit
