We are looking for a talented and ambitious marketer to support our growth and to become our Digital & growth Marketeer. It is about developing & implementing your marketing vision on the real estate market and generating growth results aligned with our business & expansion goals.

You are responsible for :

• Supporting growth across existing & new markets, working with cross-functional teams to generate awareness on the most relevant off- and online channels
• Developing & continuously improving a digital marketing strategy for our agencies that differentiates We Invest even further in the real estate market (brand awareness and B2C lead generation). Support our customers to grow, reach their targets and expend on their area.
• Plan, execute & optimize ROI of corporate digital marketing campaigns, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns (both on awareness & conversion campaigns for B2C and B2B)
• Supervising the implementation of the digital marketing strategies with the marketing team and the marketing agency we’re working with.
• You are responsible for planning and managing your digital marketing budgets for your social media campaigns as well as SEA,...
• You are responsible for the clear reporting of campaigns performance to our agencies

Required skills

• You are ready for a challenge and ready for growth
• You are driven by results & have an impact throughout your work
• You are willing to both define strategies but also be hands-on to achieve your department’s’ objectives
• You have a high-level understanding of digital marketing
• You thrive in a fast-moving environment. Working for a scale-up? Hell, yes
• You have at least 4 years of experience in Marketing Digital.
• You are fluent in both Dutch and French. English is a plus.
