Over the years Delta Light established its growth based on in-house design, R&D, quality control, testing and production. From design to engineering and prototyping, all the way to production, packaging and stocking… all is handled at the Delta Light headquarters in Belgium.
Job description
  • You develop the online marketing plan, set up campaigns and use any desired digital media channel and partnerships to do so. You track these closely and report frequently to your marketing colleagues.
    • You manage and create an online calendar strategy across all digital channels and maintain deadlines including frequent updates of the content, adding creative imagery, brand initiatives and product promotions.
    • You drive traffic quality and improve conversion rates, tracking and updating owned and paid digital campaigns on Google, FB/IG and other paid social or other digital media platforms and webinars.
    • You maintain a data-driven and agile approach through continual testing, experimenting and optimization of company and marketing goals.
    • You analyze and report weekly on current and new campaigns on all channels and touchpoints and make suggestions for improvement.
    • You are responsible for budget reporting of the paid campaigns and conclusions for next steps.
    • You work closely with the Content Marketeer to manage content, text, imagery and budget for campaigns (email, web, portals, social).

  • You are part of the digital cluster and work closely with the Content Marketer and the Digital Marketing Optimizer to improve the online marketing and media plan. Based on data and analysis, you suggest the right channels (social media, SEA, email marketing etc.) to reach people and formulate the KPI’s that are important according to the campaign objectives.
  • You stay up to date on the products of the company and their benefits, you understand the value proposition from the B2B point of view of the business and also from the perspective of our buyer persona and customer journey. You are eager to know the market so you can put together a digital marketing plan and strategy to attract and convert potential customers.

  • You are a digital marketing generalist who is result driven and has an analytical- testing mindset. You are capable of getting the growth process right - you come up with opportunities, guard focus and make sure we’re learning and iterating fast.
  • You juggle multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities and collaborate with different teams.
  • You drive change and you are able to voice and share passion for digital transformation.
  • You are aware of the latest trends in digital marketing and you devise an ideal inbound marketing workflow.
  • You’re able to read data like you read words: you have a broad experience with Google Analytics, Dashboarding tools, SEO/SEA and flexible to adapt to new systems.
  • You are a passionate and persistent motivator, who wants to get more out of the job: more expertise, autonomy, value and the pleasure of working in teams. You have a healthy interest and affinity with the lighting industry trends and evolutions.
