To support the Digital team of Toyota Financial Services in Brussels, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated team member with relevant experience.

TFS Digital Division is responsible to build, maintain & coordinate relations with European stakeholders by providing support in developing an appropriate omni-channel strategy and implementing digital tools for finance products and services to meet the expectations of the Markets (SFCs) and their end customers.

More concretely this means involvement in the following focus areas:

• Strategy: Involvement in Digital Marketing activities aligned with TFS Regional business strategies and objectives;

• Coordination: Based on the Managers’ direction participate in development of the project strategy and ensure transition from the main objectives to the key pillars (analysis, development, implementation) with further close involvement and tracking of the progress;

• Planning: Supervise digital activities as a Pan-E stakeholder, align the timeline with the Markets;

• Analysis: Evaluate & analyse Market conditions, digital maturity and competitor data to recommend future improvements;

• Analytics: Drive regular report outs on digital marketing performance and measure the Key Performance Indicators;

• Partnership: Partner with key agencies, IT, customer experience, brand, advertising, product teams, to ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints;

• Performance: Provide the key findings and outcomes of the progress made towards identified strategy by proper communication to the management;

• Product ownership: Contribute to transforming business, marketing, and strategy objectives into feasible finance products and digital tools;

• Post-Launch Activities: Coordinate and support after-launch activities towards stakeholders and providers;

• TME updates/requests: Cooperate closely with TME colleagues being the focal point for communications and interactions to strengthen the systems integration;

• Change Requests: Gather and coordinate requests by SFCs. Identify and share priorities with the digital team. Follow up on technical developments;

• Other: Support, as may be reasonably expected, in any other sales and marketing related activities as directed by line manager.

Your profile:

Education:

University degree

Experience:

- Extensive (6 years+) experience working on complex digital projects ideally with some experience in Banking / Automotive industry.

- Negotiation skills in multi-cultural environment

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Strong planning and organization skills

- Knowledge of Atlassian applications Jira and Confluence

- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools usage (W, XLS, PPT etc)

- Basic knowledge of IT / coding principles is a plus

Language:

Fluent in English (corporate language).
