We are seeking a Digital Project Manager for one of our clients, a vibrant Digital Agency. Someone who will be a pivotal force in propelling their expansion in Belgium! In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing digital projects, interfacing with clients across B2C and B2B sectors, and working in tandem with digital experts and sales teams to guarantee the successful execution of projects.

You will:

• Establish and nurture connections, leveraging your enthusiasm to persuade potential partners.
• Interact with clients to gather project needs and specifications, serving as the primary liaison.
• Develop detailed project plans, align resources, and ensure timelines meet client expectations.
• Manage project execution, monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams—digital experts and sales—to align project objectives and ensure seamless execution.
• Seamlessly navigate discussions with diverse stakeholders, from seasoned e-commerce professionals to entrepreneurial beginners, adapting your approach to resonate effectively.
• Finding smart hooks, making connections, introducing the services and being commercially savvy to obtain information that helps in closing the deal.
• Manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and track expenses to optimize project outcomes.
• Identify risks, implement proactive solutions, and troubleshoot issues to maintain project continuity.
• Stay updated with industry trends, implement best practices, and foster a culture of ongoing improvement in project delivery.

Are you the one?

• Previous experience as a Digital Project Manager or similar role is preferred, demonstrating the ability to manage digital (marketing) projects effectively, ideally between 1-3 years of experience.
• Client-centric mindset, experience as an account executive is a plus
• Data Driven to measure project performance, interpret data, and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills are essential.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
