Created in 2012, Stanley/Stella is a Belgian fast-growing company that is specialized in providing B2B fashion garments to the apparel market. Our headquarter is located in Brussels. However, our scope has crossed multiple borders and we are serving clients within Europe.

Given the COVID-19 situation we have achieved to maintain our position as a quality apparel provider and with the support of our 100 employees, we maintained once more a double-digit growth this year, reaching nearly €71M.

Our objective is to combine quality with fashion, along with a strong sustainable focus. We believe that fashion can be respectful towards our planet and the people: we utilize 100% organic cotton and recycled materials and we actively try to improve working and living conditions in manufacturing countries.

Mission

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to drive the digital transformation across the entire scope of our value chain and eco-system.

As an established digital leader, you will have the skills to influence at every level, imparting your digital knowledge and skills in a constructive, empowering, and collaborative way.

Working closely with our CEO, you will be the driving force behind our organization’s digital transformation.

Your primary responsibilities will encompass the development of innovative solutions in the areas of digital strategy and transformation.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, monitor and implement the company’s digital strategy in line with organisational values, objectives and priorities
• Be a digital evangelist, championing the use of digital technology and practices to engender a digital mindset from the top down
• Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices between colleagues and partners to help embed a robust digital ecosystem
• Measure ROI on digital projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure we’re investing in the right tools and resources
• Own and centrally monitor the digital innovation project portfolio

Profile

• Advanced degree in business, technology or engineering
• Min 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role designing and launching digital platforms preferably within the textile and/or fashion industry (apparel, footwear and/or accessories)
• Fluent in English and French – any other relevant business language being appreciated
• Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects, hence displaying strong project management skills - ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders including owning projects and topics from A to Z
• Understand core business processes and associated technical solutions
• You are familiar with business modelling, business strategy, product development, innovation management or business transformation in a digital context
• Have an innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward
• Experience managing and leading a digital team
• Proven influencing and collaboration skills
• Strong communication skills - ability to explain complex topics to a wide range of people
