Digital Workplace - Digital coach
Function
Description


Every month, and even every week, new updates appear in
Microsoft 365 and its related client applications (Outlook,
Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.). The Digital
Coaches help end-users discover the new functionalities and
teach them how to use the Microsoft suite to be more
efficient and productive in their daily way of working.
Any user who needs ad-hoc help with Microsoft Teams,
Planner, To Do, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business,
Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. can make an
appointment with a Digital Coach. The Digital Coach does
not fix issues or solve problems (i.e. they do not offer technical
support or troubleshooting), but rather teaches the user how
to work efficiently with the tools of Microsoft 365. The objective
is to assist Fluxys employees via short contact moments and
gradually turn them into Digital Workplace experts.
Besides "consultations", the Digital Coach is also responsible for
preparing and delivering demos, webinars, workshops and
training himself.

They are also responsible for updating the learning content
provided to end users. This content must be provided in
SharePoint in an attractive, manageable, and attractive way,
by creating clear pages that can be accessed via
convenient navigation or searches.

Responsibilities

  • Provide smooth communication about the digital
workplace for employees, to keep them informed of
important evolutions. This is done via webinars, intranet
messages, community forums...
  • Increase productivity among individual employees by
assisting them to work smoothly with the tools in client’s
digital workplace.
  • Reduce pressure on the IT services by delegation of
functional questions to Digital Coaches.
  • Answer questions from the business in a more efficient
and faster way.
  • Support the training department of the client by
providing a selection of IT trainings.
  • Provide individual 1-1 coaching (coached learnings).
  • Develop and curate a community of digital workplace
ambassadors.
  • Identify new use cases in the digital workplace of the
client.

Communication
Skills
  • Ability to communicate with user and technical teams
at the same time with a customer centricity mindset.
  • Ability to abstract the complexity of IT solutions and
get buy in of the end user
  • Master one of both national languages
(French/Dutch) and at least a good passive
understanding of the other. Fluent in English (written &
spoken

Technical Skills • 7-15 years of experience
  • A proven track record of Digital coach experience in
corporates
  • Strong technical knowledge of MS office suite
  • Knowledges on one or many other MS products such
as: SharePoint, PowerApp/BI platforms, VBA…
  • Ready to embrace new technology and standards
with a creative touch on customer-oriented solution.
