You are responsible for

  • Responsible for all employee clinical sales training and medical education training programs, medical education events and educational programs at conferences as well as monthly team meetings,

  • Provides general support to the education department, performing wide-range of education events activities, projects and tasks with various degree of complexity,

  • Supports with entering events into EMT and organization of Purchase Orders,

  • Develops the process, tools and standards to support, outsource and track event delivery through 3rd parties,

  • Assisting with all administrative duties required by the team; scheduling, education calendar management, arranging conference calls, ordering supplies, planning and logistics for team meetings including; travel, lodging, AV and offsite activities,

  • Development of annual, quarterly and per program budgets,

  • Final budget reconciliations and financial reporting,

  • Creating and maintaining department budgets,

  • Expense management,

  • PO creation & management,

  • Reconciliation and submission of expense reports,

  • Training materials collation and distribution,

  • On-site meeting logistics management at education events,

  • Ensure measurement is put in place for clear KPI measurement (qualitative and quantitative) for all types of events to demonstrate COE effectiveness,

  • Learning management system administration and reporting,

  • Tracking of clinical pathway certifications for employees and physicians,

  • Compliance management of all proctors and events including contracting processes and payments,

  • Vendor management,

  • Preparation of all training materials and marketing collateral for training and education courses,

  • Development and distribution of companywide training program schedules and quarterly calendars,

  • Management medical simulators to ensure availability for physician training, sales training, medical conferences, customer demos and special events,

  • Ensure measurement is put in place for clear KPI measurement (qualitative and quantitative) for all education events to demonstrate COE effectiveness.



You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Minimum 3 years of meeting planning experience requires,

  • Must have proven skills with using Microsoft Office including; PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Sharepoint and Outlook,

  • Must have strong communication skills with all levels of management in both written and verbal form,

  • Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately while working in a fast-paced environment,

  • BA/BS Degree preferred,

  • Certified meeting planner (CMP) and/or Project Manager Professional (PMP) credentials recommended,

  • Project management experience required
