Project Manager Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in intralogistics. You’ll be responsible for managing, organizing, and executing a range of complex national and international projects. Your main focus will be on robotic automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work Preparation & Follow-Up:
  • Act as the Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for assigned projects.
  • Assess operational, technical, and financial feasibility.
  • Attend meetings and site inspections.
  • Ensure all engineering and preparatory activities are undertaken.
  • Visit sites, create detailed project plans, and mobilize resources.
  • Operational Supervision:
  • Travel to national and international sites.
  • Monitor project progress and quality, making corrections as needed.
  • Manage operational staff and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality.
  • Supervise assembly methods and materials quality.
  • Contract Management:
  • Handle claim management and contract variations.
  • Communicate and negotiate variations with clients.
  • Financial Follow-Up:
  • Manage budgets and costs, draft progress reports, and initiate invoicing.
  • Approve project-related invoices.
  • Identify commercial opportunities to improve financial outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in intralogistics.
  • Knowledge of state-of-the-art systems and techniques.
  • Fluency in Dutch, English, French, and/or German.
  • Willingness to travel abroad (20% of the time).
  • Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work independently.
