We have recently moved into our new state-of-the-art building overlooking the ring road in Diegem. Now we’re looking for a talented and experienced event planner and Experience Centre coordinator, to be based in this brand new PwC Campus office. The position is part of the Marketing team, but comes with firm-wide responsibility to ensure all our venues are well managed and fully equipped, and that PwC events are executed to perfection. Our Experience Centre includes a major area dedicated to co-creation and innovation. Coordinating activities in this area is also part of the job description.

What you’ll learn and do

As the event planner and Experience Centre space coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Planning/management and execution of the activities (events/workshops/meetings).

  • Running daily operations, coordination and quality control.

  • Preparing budgets, reporting and dashboards for analysis (lessons learned/improvements).

  • Having a proactive approach and being solutions-oriented.

  • Problem-solving.

  • Communication and coordination with all internal stakeholders/’clients’ - ensuring all subservices are informed (catering/technical support/branding requirements etc).

  • Analysing the events and workshops success and preparing reports (like lessons learned, etc).

  • Creative thinking and inspiration - and knowing what’s moving in the market.

Basic qualifications

  • Minimum years of experience: 4+ years of experience in a planning role (project management) and/or event environment (B2B environment - consulting area).

  • Marketing, hospitality management or related fields are a plus.

  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

  • Technical insight (including into collaboration tools, technical tools, planning tools, multimedia software) and how different tools work and interconnect.
