At Spacewell, we’re looking for an Events & Field Marketing Specialist for our Wilrijk, Belgium office, that is passionate about creating impactful, engaging experiences. If you’re a social butterfly with a creative mind, exceptional coordination skills, and a knack for project management, this is the opportunity for you!

About The Role

The Events & Field Marketing Specialist is a key player in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through various digital and in-person events. You’ll be responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of a range of events, from webinars and roundtable discussions to industry trade shows and podcasts. Your creativity and organizational skills will shine as you collaborate across teams to ensure events align with Spacewell’s business goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

???? Webinars & Virtual Events

  • Own the execution of webinars and digital roundtables including platform management, promotion, and speaker coordination.
  • Optimize virtual events for engagement, lead qualification, and sales enablement.
  • Track performance metrics and report on engagement and pipeline impact.

???? Roundtables & Field Events

  • Plan and execute invite-only roundtable discussions with industry leaders.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to engage the right decision-makers and influencers.
  • Develop impactful content, speaker decks, and discussion guides.

???? Live Events & Trade Shows

  • Manage participation in industry trade shows and conferences.
  • Handle logistics, booth setup, branding, and speaker coordination.
  • Work with sales teams to define objectives and follow-up plans.

???? Podcasts & Content-Led Events

  • Manage the creation of a Spacewell podcast series featuring industry experts and customer stories.
  • Oversee guest selection, episode planning, production, and promotion.

What We’re Looking For

???? Experience

  • 5+ years in field marketing, event management, or demand generation, with a proven track record of executing both in-person and virtual events.
  • Strong project management skills to juggle multiple events at once.
  • Familiar with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) and webinar platforms.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, PropTech, or Workplace Technology is a bonus.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – you’ll work with senior executives and various teams.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills for flawless event execution.
  • Creative problem-solving with the ability to adapt strategies based on feedback.
