Your challenge

You organise the project kick-off, clearly communicating the objectives, project structure, timeline ,and approach to the stakeholders within the project.
You develop comprehensible project plans, establish milestones to be met and closely monitor the execution of tasks through your close follow-up.
You plan and allocate resources efficiently. You control and monitor strict compliance of the budget and ensure correct invoicing.
You ensure high quality standards of project deliverables, including interim validation and acceptance.
You monitor deadlines and report regularly.
You remain vigilant to changes in the scope of the project.
You assess and manage potential risks.
You establish and monitor criteria for successful project completion.
You ensure transparent stakeholder management and effective management of expectations throughout the project.

Your profile

You obtained an engineering degree.
You feel at home in a technical environment.
You have at least 10 years’ experience in realising projects with external clients, preferably in different industries.
You preferably have experience with quality control of environmental systems.
You communicate fluently in Dutch and English and can express yourself in French.
