We are looking for a Facility Coordinator to join the team Pfizer at Brussels.For this position the candidate needs strong communication skills in English ,Dutch and French. The successful candidate is responsible for the following:
The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the facility management team to ensure the successful competition of client facility needs. Provides a courteous greeting service and assistance to visitors. Answerstelephone queries in a courteous manner. Liaises with security departmentmaintain building security.

Answers telephone queries in a courteous manner. Liaises with security department to maintain building security. * Responds to client inquires and concerns. Ensures timely and quality service delivery to clients. Follows up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. * Creates work orders and assigns work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors. Communicates work orders to technicians and assists management in resolving problems. * Provides reports on open and closed work orders and checks status with the appropriate technician or vendor. * Liaise with security to ensure overall service to users in the building is maintained. * Maintain security and safety standards as required, ensuring that visitors are escorted and contractors do not have access to areas without the appropriate authorisation or supervision maintained. * Administer the booking system for conference rooms and workrooms. * Maintains files on work orders, proposals, and department files. Creates vendor files and checks accuracy on completed paperwork submitted by vendors. * Trains vendors on work order and billing procedures. Processes invoices and ensures proper cost center coding. * Assists with the inspections on the facility campus. * Uses pc and/or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training. * Assist with process and procedure training. * Other duties may be assigned. * No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
Your profile:
* Appropriate vocational qualifications. * Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training. * Hospitality expirience * Computer literate, preferably some data entry experience * Excellent telephone manner * Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees. * Explains facts, practices, policies, etc. to primarily others internally. * Operate budgets on behalf of line manager * Liaison with contractors on ordering and invoicing queries. * Assist as required in; collation of performance management data, delivery of service development initiatives, budgetary control as required. * Evaluated in context of the standard size. Delivers own output according to specific operational targets. * Decisions made with Line Manager, general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and Line Manager. Report to Line Manager
