As Finance Analyst for Asset Transformation, you will be playing a role in supporting TUI as it embarks on it’s asset right strategy. You will support the Head of Financial Planning & Asset Transformation in producing in-depth analysis on strategic opportunities to ensure that best return on invested capital is achieved and the benefits of vertical integration are fully utilised. This is a key area for TUI in the post COVID environment, which you will be at the heart of delivering.

Working in the Fleet Finance & Fleet Management team provides a unique environment, which is highly commercial area of the TUI Group supporting the five TUI airlines. This means that no two days are the same, where Finance Analyst will be working across multiple strategic projects.

About The Job
  • Support the development and implementation of TUI’s asset right strategy
  • Develop robust financial models to analyse opportunities and enhance decision making
  • Produce regular reports for the Asset Transformation Board, Aviation Board and Commercial Board/ GEC providing succinct updates covering complex financial subjects
  • Provide financial analysis support across cross function/business unit workstreams
  • Produce financial analysis for inclusion in business cases for the board approval
  • Benefits tracking including comparison achieved positions to 3 Year Plan/baseline
  • Ad-hoc analysis and project work as required

About You
  • Financial analysis experience
  • Strong analytical skills and able to deal with complexity and ambiguity
  • Advanced use of Excel, Powerpoint
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight timescales / deadlines including compilation of accurate auditable files
  • Proactive attitude and approach
