About Our ClientThe industrial organization expanded its core business in order to penetrate new markets and diversify its activities.They have entities all around the world, in Europe, Africa & Australia.The function of Finance & Business Partner will work closely with the local Finance teams and have a consolidation reporting role to play at Group Level, accompanying the C-Level in their growth and strategic planning.Job DescriptionAs Finance & Business Partnerat Group level you will collaborate with the local Finance teams, consolidate the financial data, and support the direction in the strategic planning.



  • Providing financial reporting, forecasting and budgets (Local & Group Level)
  • Collaborating and challenging the local Finance teams across the world - financial analysis
  • Participating in the development of a 5-year business plan
  • Supporting the Group Internal Audit - ensure the right governance of the company
  • Supporting the leadership team in the growth of the financial structure
  • Development and implementation of new KPI’s, dashboard & processes
  • Supporting in a more general way the leadership team in its daily work
The Successful ApplicantBased in Brussels with an international scope, the Finance & Business Partner will have the opportunity to collaborate with lots of internal and external stakeholders as well as develop and work on various projects.



  • Master’s degree in Finance / Economics / Business Management - or equivalent
  • Min 4 years of relevant financial experience (External Audit is an added value)
  • Excellent command of English and French - Dutch is a plus
  • Good command of financial principles (analysis, controlling, reporting, …)
  • Good ability to translate financial statements into business strategic information
  • Pro activity and curiosity
  • Ability to work autonomously - Team spirit is important
