MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in business management, controlling, accounting,audit, or realated fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finanace, Taxation,or a relevant discipline.
  • High level of confidentiality, punctuality, and analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean (mandatory, with a good level of proficiency)
  • Strong command of English (knowledge of Dutch is a plus)
  • Proactive approach with strong time management skills.
Your tasks

  • Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting and audit tasks.
  • Update and ensure complaince with IFRS and Local GAAP standards.
  • Manage and operate SAP bank system.
  • Prepare and followup on the business plan.
  • Monitor and improve budget controls, focusing on cost reductions management.
  • Conduct analytical reviews of financial and business transactions.
  • Control, follow-up and review documentation,agreements and contracts related to financial transactions to ensure complaince with legal and local requirements.
  • Support Finance team members cross various locations in Europe.
  • Oversee accounting processes and risk management.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial reporting as required.
  • Provide support to the PAN-EU Finance Manager and CFO in various financial tasks.
