As a Finance professional within Goodman, you will get the opportunity to analyse and follow-up the financial operations of a designated real estate portfolio. Together with your colleagues you provide an excellent service towards our customers and you will be the go-to person for all our internal and external partners regarding all property accounting related topics.

More concretely, this means you are committed:

• To oversee property expenditure and its recoverability of your property portfolio.
• To facilitate correct and timely rent collection in collaboration with our customers.
• To follow-up on all contractual obligations related to your property portfolio.

• Solution driven and a hands-on mentality
• Detail-oriented person with strong analytical skills
• Strong communicator in Dutch and English
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and motivated to learn new software tools
