Job Title: Freelance HR Manager (French Speaking)Type: ContractLocation: Verviers (Hybrid)Salary: Competitive in line with skills / experienceJob DescriptionMy client a global pharmaceutical company have an urgent requirement for a talented HR Manager to join on an initial 6 Month contract. In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of human resources management, including recruiting, training, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with the company’s overall objectives and culture
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with local and international employment laws and regulations
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and performance-based bonuses
  • Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage HR metrics and reporting, including headcount, turnover, and employee satisfaction surveys
  • Oversee the administration of HR systems and processes, including payroll and HRIS systems
  • Partner with the management team to develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and career development initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in HR management, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong knowledge of local legal compliance Unions and works council experience
  • Experience developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
  • Fluency in French and English is a must
