You collaborate with the business to identify skill gaps and design engaging learning activities.
You assist employees in advancing their skills and knowledge and function as their point of contact regarding training initiatives.
You support communication and change management efforts related to these learning journeys within the organization.
You are responsible for sourcing and curating content to be integrated into guided learning journeys and programs.
You coordinate with all stakeholders (business units, L&D teams, participants, etc.) to pilot the designed learning experiences.
Your primary focus will be on maximizing the impact of these learning experiences for employees to realize business strategy objectives.

You have experience in designing effective learning journeys using a blended approach (classroom learning, digital learning, microlearning, mobile learning, etc.), ideally for both data and soft skills.
You have experience using an LMS (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) as an administrator.
Experience with designing and creating e-learning working as an Instructional Designer with one or more authoring tools is an asset.
You juggle the concepts, tools, and techniques of not only effective learning and development methods but also project management, communication, and change management.
You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch, French, and/or German is a plus.
