I am urgently looking for a PMO Manager with some direct or indirect experience as a an Agile coach to join a fast growing company.


Client Details

From the Transformation Office, they work on initiatives with a broad impact that support and evolve the implementation of their strategy. For this they need the ideas and capturing trends from the different teams and combining them into possible initiatives. These are selected and prioritized for implementation on the basis of their impact on both financial and non-financial aspects. Your role as PMO manager / Agile Coach consists of guiding these initiatives and therefore to ensure the rhythm of the transformation. You do this in consultation with the transformation teams. Transformation teams are virtual teams that are brought together in the context of specific initiatives. In this you coordinate the sub-projects, and where and when necessary act as a coach. In this role of coach you build and maintain the project methodology and follow it up.

FREELANCE PMO MANAGER / AGILE COACH - Brussels - The tasks

In your role as PMO you have the following activities:
Guiding Agile transformations
  • You draw up project schedules;
  • Youprovidesupport to the project organization through organizational and advisory activities;
  • Monitoring and realizing the expected benefits of the different projects
  • Defining roles, responsibilities and way of working for efficient and flexible operation of virtual teams
  • You maintain frequent contact with the Product/Domain Owners of the agile teams regarding status, risks and dependencies and other stakeholder
  • Monitor and continuously improve the project and portfolio methodology
  • Elaboration of the project and portfolio methodology (process, KPI, follow-up, continuous improvement, ...)
  • Provide training in Agile and Scrum working

Profiles


FREELANCE PMO MANAGER / AGILE COACH - Brussels - The profile

  • PMO experience within (complex) projects and programs
  • Knowledge of JIRA
  • Familiar with project management methodologies such as Prince2, Agile/Scrum, etc
  • Experience with Scaled-Agile and LEAN working methods and methods
  • Experience in setting up and/or improving a project organization.
