RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you someone who is a great matchmaker between the company and new candidates? Do you think of yourself as a great detective – inside of the recruitment world – to source new candidates? Is “Networker” your middle name? Do you possess wonderful people and selling skills? Then you are one step closer to joining our dream team!

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be liaising with different Business Unit Leaders to determine recruitment needs
  • You will take the lead in all recruitment activities related to your open roles
  • You love sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, use of external headhunters
  • You are responsible for recruitment from A to Z, incl. Contract proposals and hiring the candidates.
  • You will be part of a dynamic team of Talent Acquisition professionals with a common goal to share best practices and to bring our profession at a higher level.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven Experience as in recruitment within Sales, Finance, Operations
  • Able to make candidates enthusiastic and to present them to the business in a consultative manner
  • Energetic, driven and a real team player
  • Proactive, open and communicative with a creative mindset
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
