Your role

  • You coordinate and supervise the activities of the Talent Acquisition team in line with the HR strategy. You achieve this thanks to a uniform and effective total talent acquisition policy.
  • You are responsible for internal job mobility and external recruitment of permanent and contingent staffing.
  • You identify and implement potential improvements and new approaches.
  • You lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.

Your profile

  • You have multiple years of experience in talent acquisition management (incl. employer branding) and in managing a team.
  • You have experience with managing and optimizing budgets.
  • You have solid analytical, communication and organizational skills.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.

  • Contract type: freelance
  • Work regime: 4 to 5 days a week
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Location: West Flanders / remote
