YOUR ROLE

  • You manage recruitment & selection assignments from A to Z.
  • You source candidates via different channels.
  • You will focus on different kind of profiles within several European countries?
  • You follow up with the candidates.
  • You conduct selection interviews.
  • You keep your candidates and hiring managers well informed during the process.
  • You make sure there is an excellent candidate experience.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a relevant track record in talent acquisition.
  • You easily connect with stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in English.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: freelance
  • Work regime: 4 to 5 days/week
  • Remote and once a week in the office in Gent
  • Duration: 6 months and maybe longer
