YOUR ROLE

In this freelance role, you will take ownership of the recruitment process, with a particular focus on sourcing top talent and enhancing employer branding. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing the recruitment and selection processes end-to-end.
  • Actively sourcing candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conducting interviews and guiding candidates through the selection journey.
  • Negotiating offers to secure top talent.
  • Building lasting relationships with both candidates and stakeholders to ensure a positive experience.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a strong background in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment.
  • You are skilled in sourcing.
  • You have the ability to develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract and engage top talent.
  • You possess excellent communication skills in Dutch, both written and verbal.
  • You have the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: Freelance
  • Work regime: 2 to 3 days per week
  • Location: East Flanders
  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: Until the end of the year
