YOUR ROLE

  • You manage recruitment & selection assignments from A to Z.
  • You primarily focus on recruiting tax and legal profiles.
  • You source candidates via LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
  • You follow up with candidates to ensure an excellent experience.
  • You conduct selection interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • You introduce candidates to the hiring manager and support the decision-making process.
  • You contribute to broader HR projects.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a proven track record in talent acquisition, ideally within a similar industry.
  • You connect easily with stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • You are fluent in Dutch.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: Freelance
  • Work regime: 4 to 5 days per week.
  • Duration: 3 to 4 months, with potential for extension
  • Location: Brussels-based, mostly remote
