YOUR ROLE

  • You manage recruitment & selection assignments from A to Z; from the preliminary intake meeting with the hiring manager to the signature of the contract.
  • You focus on IT vacancies.
  • You source candidates via different channels.
  • You coach 2 more junior recruiters.
  • You proactively suggest possible improvements to the talent acquisition approach and process.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a relevant track record in IT talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing.
  • You easily connect with stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in Dutch or French, with a good knowledge of English.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: freelance
  • Work regime: 4 to 5 days per week
  • Duration: 3 months to start with
  • Location: region of Brussels / remote
