Job Description

Responsabilities

• Analyse all technical documents (datasheet, specification, Email, …) received from the customer
• Prepare the list of clarification (if necessary) with the inside sales team support (Obtain customer specification if not provided).
• Propose/suggest an alternative solution if the customer’s request is out of our scope of supply
• Send all necessary price inquiries to all suppliers/subcontractors for the requested material
• get all offers on time in order to respect the quotation due date
• Technical verification of all offers received from suppliers and subcontractors
• Send all necessary revisions to get the offers according to the technical request of the customer
• Negotiate the best price & delivery in order to achieve the target of the customer
• Selection of the best suppliers /sub-contractors after technical and price analysis
• Calculate the cost in the ERP system & check the logic of prices
• Technical support to all others department (Sales, Purchasing, Engineering)
• Participate to the Kick-off meeting in order to review all technical points of the order and to inform the other departments about all specific parts
• Collaborate and provide solutions to the purchase department if cost estimations are not correct
  
  

Requirements

• Technical Degree (Engineer)
• Dynamic and motivated with the desire to learn and communicate
• Good level in English (B2)
• Available quickly
