• Initial Engagement
• Study and analyze existing source codes for our client.
• Identify improvement areas and make recommendations.
• Validate active development methods within the client environment.
• This service will be billed at a fixed rate.
  
• Support and Backup
• Ensure continuity of service in case of the internal developer’s unavailability.
• Assist during peak loads in the IT department.
• Acknowledge all new requests within 3 business days.
• Engage without a minimum volume commitment.
  
• Project Management for Development
• Gather and analyze internal user needs.
• Transform the needs into technical specifications.
• Propose a planning schedule within 10 business days after acknowledgment.
• Coordinate with the internal team following an agile methodology.
• Define deadlines in collaboration with the IT department.
  
• Development and Maintenance
• Develop according to technologies requested by the internal developer.
• Adhere to defined sprint cycles.
• Fix bugs within imposed timelines (2 business days for critical bugs, 4 days for non-critical).
  

• Languages (mandatory, eliminatory):
• JavaScript, PHP, SQL: advanced proficiency.
• HTML/CSS/SCSS: basic knowledge required.
  
• Frameworks (mandatory, eliminatory):
• Laravel (essential, primary stack).
• Bootstrap (advanced understanding).
• Flutter (basic knowledge appreciated).
  
• Complementary Skills (valued):
• Dart, NodeJS (basic knowledge appreciated).
• Linux (system administration appreciated).
• Docker (containerization appreciated).
  
• Tools and Methods:
• GitLab (version control required).
• Agile/Scrum methodology or equivalent (proven experience).
• Project management tools.
• Ability to work in a team with the internal developer.
  

• Organization in sprints (mockup, test version, production deployment, bug fix).
• Complete technical documentation, commented source code, and versioned on GitLab.
• Unit and integration testing, user manual if applicable.
• Adhere to announced deadlines (maximum delay of 10 business days).
• Regular reporting (weekly meetings, monthly reports, project dashboards).
• Proactive communication in case of potential delay risks.
  

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in web development.
• At least 2 projects completed using Laravel.
• Experience with agile or scrum methodologies.
  

• Technical and user documentation.
• Complete and version-controlled source code.
• Portfolio with screenshots and technical descriptions.
• Potential certifications or continuing education.
  

• Preferred remote work, presence on-site for kick-off meetings, training, and significant demonstrations.
• Requirement to document the developments made and knowledge transfer at the end of the mission.
• Availability for support post-delivery.
